Coaching and Mentoring with Me

I perceive coaching as an art that helps you through dialogue and appropriate forms of actions (depending on the type and needs of my clients) to fulfil your life or professional goals and reach your dreams. I am glad that in my role as a coach I can create an environment that allows my clients to learn from their own experiences.

As part of the mentoring process, I would be happy to share my own experiences and insights from the past and provide inspiration for you to think about choosing a direction that you will not only enjoy, but that will also be beneficial for your professional development or personal growth. For nearly a quarter of a century, I have been gaining and passing on unique professional experience in the field of communication and marketing. Working in senior positions for companies that are among the world’s leading brands in the banking and consulting sectors has enriched me immensely. There were quite a few of them – ČSOB, OTP Bank, Živnostenská banka, Unicreditbank, Citibank, Česká Spořitelna, Deloitte, Arthur D. Little – and all of them pay special attention to developing the talents of their employees and their ability to create.

My Approach to Coaching

Helping you write your own stories, with your future playing the starring role. I like people and it’s a pleasure for me to work with them. I enjoy being helpful and being able to guide you through the process of realizing what you really need and also helping you find the answers to your questions that are important to your own personal and professional life. Making choices and conscious creation of one’s own life can be the greatest challenge for some people. Everything takes place in complete confidentiality and what we say to each other will remain between you and me forever. As a professional certified coach and mentor, I honour and adhere to the principles of the Global Code of Ethics for Coaches, Mentors and Supervisors and the principles and standards of the ICF International Code of Ethics for Coaches.

What I Coach

I address the topics brought by the clients themselves: career growth, balance between work and personal life, time management and prioritization, development of negotiation and presentation skills, people management, strengthening communication skills and creativity, personal growth, what I want to do and what I don’t want to do, strengthening self-awareness, conflict management.

How Can I Benefit My Clients?

My long-term experience (of more than 20 years) in senior management positions in international companies allows me as a coach and mentor not only to support my clients, but also to motivate them effectively and empathetically. I can now utilize the decades I have spent in top international corporations with a focus on high performance for the benefit of my clients. The world is changing. So, it’s good to be prepared for it.

Who I Am

My name is Eva Usai Blumental and I am a professional certified coach and mentor with the internationally recognised EIA Practitioner, accreditation No. 20218875, which was awarded by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

Since 2013 I have had the pleasure of being a mentor and coach of a wide range of personalities from various fields: from entrepreneurs and managers to representatives of culture and liberal professions: the Czech Savings Bank, the British Embassy in the Czech Republic, Czech Television, Japan Tobacco International, Dynamic Group CZ, Barclays, White & Case and others.

Meeting the founders and owners of Czech companies brought me to the Czech-Moravian Association of Women Entrepreneurs and Managers , where I have been the vice-president of the association for several years. I am the guarantor of the „Youth Laser Coaching“ program, which aims to activate the best qualities that young ladies have when they want to make more use of their skills or talents. This initiative does not only stay in the Czech Republic, but also extends abroad through the international headquarters of Femmes Chefs D’Entreprises Mondiales, which connects female managers and entrepreneurs from all over the world.

The more than 6 years I have spent serving on the Board of Directors of the British Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic have brought me interesting international encounters. My language skills (I am fluent in Czech, English, Russian, and Italian) have given me the opportunity to mentor a number of remarkable personalities.

The successes of my mentees inspired me to pursue a career as a professional coach and mentor, which began by completing the ACSTH Coach Training program approved by the International Coach Federation. The internationally valid EMCC European Quality Award certificate subsequently obtained with the globally recognised EMCC European Individual Accreditation Practitioner accreditation from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council allows me to pursue the coaching profession at a professional level. I listen, ask questions and help people accelerate the process of finding solutions in various life situations with great vigour.
